I Would Describe Myself As

I'm kind of a new rider, have done to many distance rides, the longest being 25 to 30 miles. Very few and far between. I have diabetes and have had issues with my sugars dropping out in the past. Would like to have a friend to ride with more often. Maybe someone to show me some good routes and the best rides. Would like to know all the paved canal routes. Would enjoy the company of someone that could get me riding more often.
