I loved to bike ride in my teens and early 20’s. I started riding again 3 years ago and find that bike riding is very good for me... I love to ride on local trails and have found that Connecticut has some of the best trails around.

I am a professional working in healthcare. In addition to riding I enjoy traveling, going out to see live music, dancing, watching movies, dining out, cooking, and visiting local wineries.
