I'm 45, and have four beautiful daughters & 2 dogs.
I am a passionate indoor cycling Power Coach by day and work from home, but also love a bit of outdoor road biking & Mountain biking with the 2 youngest girls.
I'm easy going, kind & well, for my age Id like to say pretty fit ;)
All I want from life is to be happy & someone to share the happiness with.
As regards a man, I have no preference in looks, but kind, loyal & considerate is an absolute must... Simples!!!
