Im 48, l like getting muddy on the trails. I enjoy cycling for pleasure, enjoying the countryside as I go! All of my cycle routes involve a coffee stop somewhere!!! I enjoy walking also, and the odd occasional jog!! I’m a real outdoors kind of girl...
