Was a good athlete in my day trained with the best in Scotland but have now athritis and that holds me back just need the motivation to train harder to be a good athlete in my new prime

I hope to cycle the Camino de Santiago some time after this all ends. I was going to do it last year. Some company on rides and going for meals would be great. You need to also be a fan of rugby union or at least very tolerant of one!
