I ride both for fitness and fun, mostly along the American River Bike Path. Typically twenty miles does it for me at a moderate pace. I use to work in a bike shop, so I know how to fully service and maintain a bicycle.

I enjoy biking different regions on the weekend, dont like biking to early after 8 :-). I have a teenage daughter that is my #1 priority. I like being active, try biking 5-7hrs aweek.
